Post what you have and what you're looking for, put your own estimate of what each one is worth, and share the link. Whoever opens it picks what they can give and what they'd like back, and gets a block of text to send you.

Nothing is submitted from a share link and no account is needed to answer one. The trade itself still happens where it always did — this is only the part where you work out whether it's fair.
